Frederick Dewayne Olden

Frederick Dewayne Olden of Morristown, TN was born December 18, 1957, and he entered his eternal rest on March 9, 2023.  

 

Freddie was also lovingly known as “Oogum” by many of his close friends. He was a warm-hearted, good-natured man who greeted everyone with a smile. He was also a father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend and he will be truly missed by all who loved him. 

He is preceded in death by his mother J. Aileen Carter and brother, D. Grant Fugate. He is survived by his sons, Broderick Olden (Shameeka), and Andre Olden; Hannah Sieber, daughter; grand-children, Broderick Olden ll, Montay Sutton, Alexus Olden, Makai Olden, Preston Olden, Kaimani Sutton, Kadijha Sutton, Kainaan Sutton, Ke’Andre Olden, Andraya Olden, and Tyron Olden. He also leaves to cherish his memory Rena’ Olden, Rhonda Lynn Fugate, sisters; Coby Fugate, brother; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

 

The family will have a private memorial service.  

Richard Houston Jr.

Richard Houston Jr. was born on June 28, 1945, passed away at home on February 24, 2023.  Drafted into the US Army 1966, he served as a communicatin specialist and received a National Defense Service Metal.  He was well versed in many Subjects, enjoyed music, sports, fishing and debating current affairs.

Preceded in death by Parents, Richard and Theresa Houston.  He is survived by Sisters: Carolyn (William) Thompson, Marilyn (Joe) Griffin and brother, Rodney ( Flora) Houston.  Children; Raphael (Lucia)Harris, Dana Offutt, Michael Tate, Anastacia Hemby and five grandchildren.

Nephews ; Monty (Debbie) Palmer, Charles Frazier.  Nieces;  Misty CLaybon, Chilae’ Houston.  Devoted friend, Raymond Thompson, and a host of other family and friends.


Military Graveside service will be held at Hamblen Memory Gardens, March 4, 2023 at 2:00 PM.

Lisa Dailey, age 50 of Morristown, peacefully passed away on January 27th, 2023 surrounded by loved ones at Parkwest Medical Center, Knoxville Tn.

Lisa was born on April 18th, 1972 to Linda (Allen) Dailey and Wayne Dailey. Lisa studied cosmetology at Hamblen School of Beauty.

Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, Linda and Wayne Dailey, maternal grandparents Mack and Mary Allen, paternal grandparents Henry and Willie V. Dailey, a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is survived by her brothers, Byron and Lamont Dailey, daughter India Dailey, son Braxton Dailey, grandson Corbyn Pate, granddaughters London, Zendaya, and Kailani Sutton, nephew Malique Dailey, niece Ameerah Dailey, aunts Mary Ann Willams, Lynnis Richmond, Helen, Dorothy, Betty Jo, and Debbie Allen, uncles Michael and Ronald Dailey, special friend Leslie Bennett, and her fur babies Eva and Diva.

Services will be held at Dockery’s Funeral Home on Sunday, February 12th, at 4pm. Receiving of Friends and Family from 3-4pm.
