George William Moore

George William Moore, age 79, of Morristown, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at his residence. He is proceeded in death by his son William Joseph Moore, his parents Paul Houston and Elizabeth Moore, his siblings James (Mattie) Moore, Josephine (Karl Lee) Robertson, Billie (Earl) Stokes Richard Moore and brother-in-law Terry Teary. He is survived by his daughter Lisa (Buddy) Treece; brother Paul (Linda) Moore and Lethia Yeary; his special nieces Elizabeth Stokes and LaShea Cooks, and nephew James (Jennifer) Howell; along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
The family would like to thank his caregivers Jackie Burnside, Vanessa Bautista, Pamela Kyle, Sissy Goins, Melody Turner, Always Caring, James Bowlin and Amedisys Hospice. The family will receive friends from 3:30pm-4:30pm on November 1, 2024, at Dockery- Senter Funeral Home with the Elder J. W. Dukes, and Reverend Johnny Jones, officiating. The burial will be on November 2, 2024, with full military honors at the Emma Jarnigan Cemetery, in Morristown, Tennessee.
Norman (Wee) Patterson lll

Norman (Wee) Patterson III, age 69 passed away on September 23, 2024, in Morristown, TN. Norman spent several years working for IBM in Knoxville and later in the maintenance department at Rich Products. Norman had a profound passion for car racing and was an active member of the Southern Funny Car Association. He owned and operated an 83 Camaro nitro funny car, affectionately known as "Black Warrior", which was a familiar sight on the racing circuit. He is survived by his loving wife, Jerrie Patterson; daughter, Kelly Greene; granddaughter, Malayah Thomas; uncles, Andrew Bradley Jr., Rodney {Thelma) Bradley, Mickey (Lina) Bradley and Bob (Pearlie) Patterson. He is preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Mabel Patterson Jr. Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation from 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Dockey- Senter Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m.officiated by Pastor James Goins Sr.

Joseph Dockery was born on September 30,1946 in Dandridge, Tn to Mrs. Alta Cuberson Dockery and Mr. Paul OP Dockery Sr. He departed this life September 4, 2024, peacefully at home.
He was employed at BASF (formerly American Enka) in Morristown, TN, where he retired after 30+ years of service. HIs hobbies included working on cars, attending National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) events, watching UT Football, playing cards, family time which included catering to the needs of his family and friends. He was known as “Mr. Fix It.”
He was preceded in death by his parents Paul OP, Alta Dockery; son, Andre (Dockery) Griffith, brothers, Burn Dockery, Paul OP Dockery Jr. and James Clay Dockery.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted wife of 56 years, Vivian A Ray Dockery; children, Aliciee’ (Brodrick) Page of Chicago, IL, Joseph (Michele) Dockery of Chattanooga, TN and Oddis (Shunwolisa) Dockery of Atlanta, Ga; brothers, Carl Dockery of Dandridge, TN, Bobby (Shirley) Dockery of Detroit, MI, Arthur Dockery, and Dwayne Dockery of Newport, TN, sisters, Mary Myers of Pittsburgh, PA, Patricia Dockery of Newport, Charlotte Woods of Knoxville, TN and Theresa Dockery of Newport, TN. Seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
