Judy Ann Smith

Judy Ann Smith, 64, of Morristown departed this life and entered her eternal rest Thursday morning, August 17, 2017 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Mae "Sis" Davis; sister and brother-in-law Doris (Dwayne) Riley; brother-in-law Rev. Robert E. Williams, Sr. She is survived by a loving husband Robert Smith of Morristown; devoted daughter Krystal D. Collins; granddaughters Addison Collins, Kynleigh Seals of New Market; step-daughter Jessica Smith; step-grandchildren Arianna and Willow; sisters Nancy (Ken) Rucker of Austin, TX, Audrey (Zack) Taylor of Dandridge, and Kathy Williams of Jefferson City; nieces Kenny L. Rucker of Austin, TX, Amy (Lee) Jarnigan of Jefferson City; great-niece Brylee K. Jarnigan of Jefferson City; devoted cousin and sister Brenda K. Davis; other relatives Ronnie Phipps, Geneva Phipps, Chris Phipps, Kim Parrott; special friend Julie Shiverdeccer and a host of relatives, friends and church family. Special thanks to cousin Laura Phipps, Dr. Tracy Dobbs at the Tennessee Cancer Vanderbilt Medical Center and staff, Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System and staff, Dr. David McNabney and staff. The family will receive friends Monday, August 21st from 12 -2 p.m. at Young's Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church, New Market, TN. Service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Young's Memorial Church Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Bernice Osborne, Rev. Alex Phipps and Presiding Elder Herbert Grant. Repass will follow in the church fellowship hall.
