Jeffery Allen Louis Blevins

Jeffery Allen Louis Blevins, 43, of Knoxville, born July 21, 1973 to Phyllis Arnett and the late Robery Louis Blevins, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017 at Parkwest Hospital in Knoxville. Allen was a great lover of dogs, especially Pitt Bulls. He worked at Bojangles in Knoxville until his health started declining. He attended Tabernacle Baptist Church in Whitesburg. Allen was preceded in death by his grandparents, Louis and Nina B. Jones Arnett, and Gale and Amanda Parkey Blevins. Allen leaves to cherish his memory devoted mother Phyllis Arnett Blevins; fiancée Jana Waldrop; children Latisha, Tamara, Breana, Aubrey and Logan; grandson Christian; brother and sister-in-law Mark and Leslie Blevins; sister Destini Powers; grandmother Beatrice Arnett; special aunt Georgia Kyle of Whitesburg; great-aunt Frances Hampton; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 25th from 2 to 3 p.m. With funeral services following at 3 p.m. At Dockery Funeral Home. Interment will be at Bent Creek Cemetery in Whitesburg
