Efrain Lopez, 23, of Morristown, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2019, at home surrounded by his family. He was born in Kingsport, Tennessee to Hermelinda Julita Velasco Lopez and Arnulfo Lorenzo Lopez on August 14, 1995. He was a big-hearted son, brother and friend who was and will continue to be loved unconditionally and cherished by many.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Hermelinda Julita Velasco Lopez.
He is survived by his father, Arnulfo Lorenzo Lopez; brother Kevi Cesar Lopez; and four sisters, Lucero Lopez, Veatris Angelica Lopez, Misti Lopez, and Jessica Lopez.
A funeral service will be held 6 – 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, at Dockery Senter Funeral Home. A burial will follow at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3 at the Irish Memorial Gardens, Irish Cemetery Road, Tazewell.
