Alice Francis Reed

Alice Francis Reed formerly of Union, South Carolina, 97, was called home to be with Lord on Tuesday, April 4, 2017. Alice joined her husband Harry Sr.; sons Harry Jr. and Dennis Reed; and granddaughter Alicia McCleary. Certainly A celebration of life on this day! Alice was survived by her sister, 104 years of age Cleora Crowdus; grandchildren Harry Reed III, Trillia Newbell, Eric Reed, Barbara Hodge, Tennion Reed, Tyrell Reed and Devon Reed along with over 10 great and great, great grandchildren. Alice is preceded in death by her parents Nathaniel and Bessie Tucker; siblings Nathaniel Jr., McKinnely, John P., Morris, Donnell, Roosevelt, Aileen, Vinnie, Kate and Louise of Union, South Carolina. Alice was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend and child of God. With 35 years of service to Morristown-Hamblen Hospital, Alice was a part of the Morristown, Tennessee community and family. Family will receive friends on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.to 12:00p.m. at Dockery Funeral Home Chapel. Service will follow at 12:00p.m.
